Marcus was a strong advocate for the 0.01% sales tax to fund mental health services. She’s also played a pivotal role in the Justice Mental Health Collaborative Program, Mental Health Diversion Program, and Steppin’ Up Initiative.
TRL provide a breadth of programs and resources, including grant databases, skills workshops, reading programs, free meeting spaces, online streaming of music, books and pod-casts, and so much more.
TRL also engage families in community events and are active in community organizations. Their service goes above and beyond in enriching the lives of South Pacific county families.
Gloria Geisendorfer was awarded at our August coalition meeting. A member since 2006, Geisendorfer has given WellSpring momentum, particularly with Mini Grants.
After retiring on the peninsula, Geisendorfer volunteered with the Early Childhood Program, Awanas, Early Lan-guage Learners, Timberland Regional Support Network Advisory Board, Willapa Behavioral Health Board, Back-packs for Kids, Peninsula Poverty Response, and the Mini Grant Committee.
